The terms that govern your use of the Astraea website, platform, and related services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Astraea website, platform, or related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
Use of the Services
The Services are provided for lawful clinical research, regulatory, and related business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to interfere with their operation, or access data or systems you are not authorized to use under your contract with Astraea.
Customer Data
Customer data, including protocol materials, clinical trial datasets, and derived outputs, remains the property of the customer. Astraea processes customer data only in accordance with the applicable master services agreement, statement of work, and data processing agreement.
Compliance & Validation
Astraea maintains controls aligned with HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and applicable FDA guidance. Validation responsibilities are shared between Astraea and the customer as defined in your agreement. Outputs generated by the Services are produced under human supervision and require customer review prior to regulatory use.
Intellectual Property
Astraea and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Services, including the platform, models, documentation, and any improvements. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in your agreement with Astraea.
Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided on an "as-is" basis except to the extent of any warranties expressly given in your agreement with Astraea. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astraea disclaims all implied warranties. Liability is limited as set out in the applicable master services agreement.
Changes & Contact
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal obligations. For questions about these terms, contact legal@tryastraea.com.
These terms are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. Enterprise engagements are governed by the executed master services agreement between Astraea and the customer.
